CI Deletion.

Hi,
I am searching for - What is the best practice way to delete the CI’s from CMDB? when there is a need to delete CIs in bulk ?
Please share some docs or reference links available on same.

Hi Anupam,

there are multiple ways

1) background script or schedule job

I would suggest not to delete but retire those CIs

Hi,

Why to delete the CI. It is not a good practice until and unless if they are causing any issues and are duplicate.

Mark them retire instead of deleting.
