CI Retired and Un retired

Hello Team ,

One of the  CI has been retired in past by my collogue for  some reason , now I want to make the same CI unretired 

Real time scenario :End user trying to create incident and trying the pick the CI from drop down list but that CI he needs that is not getting populated , when we checked the status of that CI we found that it has been retired , my client wants me to make the same CI  unretired (active) so that it populate in incident form.

You can change the Operational Status of the CI to "Operational". That should do it.
