Can you please help me with a situation I'm facing currently while integrating Tanium in SNow via SG. Firstly in Tanium inventory there is duplicity in serial no. field. So I'm using computer ID(unique) field and map it to Correlation ID in SNow. And changed Identification rule accordingly.
But still ci's are getting identified based on serial no. and transformer keeps updating same ci's attributes including correlation ID. I tried mostly everything to re-verify RTE but there's nothing like key attribute or coalesce, next I manually uploaded some ci's with same Serial no. but different correlation ID still it was failed to update those CIs only updating a single ci with same serial no.
