Cisco CUCM discovery and IP Phones discovery in ServiceNow

Hello Experts,

 

We have been trying to discover IP phones via Cisco CUCM in ServiceNow.

 

We could discover only cisco cucm publisher and subscriber but no call manager pattern was launched.

 

There is no concrete info on how to discover IP phones in ServiceNow using discovery.

 

Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
