Cloud User portal and Cloud Admin portal not visible even after plugin intallation

Dear Community,

I had installed the plugins: com.snc.cloud.api, com.snc.cloud.mgmt but still not able to the Cloud User portal and Cloud Admin portal, need your help with additional plugin or app using to access the portal. Please help me with the same.

any errors while going to these portals, or it is just not loading? what's your role - are you admin?

 

give more details, can't help you much without this.

 

 

also there's other plugins that are needed, i would in fact recommend installing the CSC and CSC content pack which really are the way forward from CPG.
