CMDB correctness score card not showing the result

In CMDB Dashboard , all score card aren't showing the data , its seems 100% but the metrics aren't evaluting

without any more details from your side or access to your instance it is impossible to answer your question.

The metrics are greyed out ( duplicates , required etc) and it popup saying threshold not configured
