CMDB health recommended score says not evaluated

Hi,

 

Does anyone know anything I can check to fix the following?  On the CMDB health scores, the recommended score is no longer calculating and just says not evaluated.  I have tried manually kicking off the job to run the score, but still the same result.

Hello - check the CMDB Health Metrics to ensure they are active.  its a bit obscure...    CMDB Properties > Health Preference.     Then select the metric that is listed as 'not evaluated... in example here, STALENESS metric is deactivated.   Flip the Active button and run the background jobs for CMDB health - in this example it would be the Correctness job.

When deactivating these metrics, after the job runs the metric shows in the dashboard as:

Thanks for the reply Dave!  Recommended was switched on.  I did try switching it off and back on again, but unfortunately no luck.  I do have a case open with ServiceNow so once we get this fixed I'll post back to this post.

Was this issue resolved as part of resolution if you got anything from case created?
