CMDB Health Result Task List not reflecting health task on some dates

Currently we are facing issue that CMDB Health Result Task list not showing  task on filter  field "Last Evaluated on "  between  octob...

How to get the task details created in between oct to December as in list its showing 0 records

Hi @ayush_g 

Go to Configuration > Health Preferences.

Under Health Metrics, select the metric that has the “Create Task” option (for example, Orphan).

Enable the “Create Tasks” toggle and click Save.

Then, run the Correctness scheduled job.

If there are any orphan CIs, tasks will be created. Otherwise, no tasks will be generated.

Thanks for reply but We just need to find the  issue reason why CMDB Health Results Task list  is not showing any health tasks created in between oct to jan  while filtered on last evaluated date (oct to jan)and what is the reason that task is reflecting for feb month (last evaluate date = feb)

You should check the scheduled jobs and metrics settings - maybe it is not configured that's why it is not reflecting the tasks.
