Hi All,
i'm trying to create new custom dashboard in my PDI (Vancouver) where i want to display service Hierarchy and spacific incidents & alerts using custom filters, however i noticed CMDB Service Hierarchy widget showing Blank in dashboard this happens even when i select service manually from dropdown menu in widget, i tried doing same in another SNOW enviroment but there also its showing blank. is anyone facing same issue? is it due to some bug in widget?
