CMDB Staleness Rule notifications

Hello.  For "CMDB Staleness Rule", what are the OOB recipients of such email notifications? Is there a way to edit or customize recipients (e.g., send to "support group")?

Which notification is this? The CMDB Staleness Rule is only a metric setting for CMDB Health. I don't think there is any notification for that.
