Hello Community,
we get this error 'Active, couldn't classify: No WMI connec' for few clients and when we inquired , in Discovery device history , we can see a clear FQDN for the computer but a CI is not getting created.
Workplace team informs that these are the few intune imaged clients, with SCCM imaged clients we dont see this issue, Computer CI is getting created for them.
can this be solved using an Intune Spoke/connector or using ACC (agent client collector) or we use a different local admin account and configure into these PCs and set up the discovery..
What would be the possible solutions here...?

Hi @Mohammed Zaheer ,
If you are running discovery and getting this error, Means you have credentials as well as Firewall policy issue from Mid Server to Destination Windows Server, You must needs to check.
Also if that CI available on Intune , you can easily pull it from there and update the CMDB.
