Hello All!
My question is: If I search for an IT device (e.g. Notebook) in the assets. On the Configuration Item page of the device I see all the datas about it (Network Data...). Is there an option to force the discovery here?
Sometimes it happens that the notebook gets stuck in the Network Area in the Service Now interface and does not refresh, does not get the notebook IP address via WiFi. Probably they were working on a VPN and shut down the notebook afterwards.
So is it possible to force SNOW Discovery to refresh the device?

Hi,
There is a UI Action called "Discover Now" available to users with discovery_admin role.
