Correct class for Network Cleanpipe

Hi Guys

I need some help/advice on what the correct class would be for a Network cleanpipe. We have about 10 records that were created manually about 6 years ago on the IP Network class.

Internet/Nw Clean Pipe - I assume it for Stopping malicious Traffic/Ddos Attacks.

May i know what all Components make this working as i do not see any Direct Such Class in Service Now CMDB.

This Clean Pipe Solution is hosted using some mechanism/Components?
