Could not resolve mid server for API request( Discover Google Cloud Datacenter)

I am facing issue while adding my Google Cloud account to my service now instance using Cloud Admin Portal.

While discovering the data center i am getting Could not resolve mid server for API request error. I have Mid server properly installed and running.
