Hi,
I have the filter conditions with me for which we do not want the alerts in Servicenow.
As per discussion, we came to the conclusion that we need to create an Ignore Event Rule.
Can anyone please guide on how to create an ignore event rule?

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,
You just need to configure the filter condition in Event rule to ignore the events to create Alerts, Refer the attached screenshot which may helps you.
in this case, you need to check the box to ignore the event using this filter.
