I am working on the custom field based MM functionality and when ever I am sending an alert my action script is making the Maintenance field to true which is working as expected.. but when i sent the same alert(deduplicate alert) the tally became 2 but the Maintenance field is becoming false. need to understand how come if the duplicate alert received to ITOM what all actions will be taken place and also no Alert mangement rules are being expected on the alert .

Check below conditions are met that alert is bound to CI that is in maintenance window
