Hello Experts,
going for vCenter discovery. NO Event management licese, but have ITOM and service mapping license.
We have vCenter on VMware Photon OS
1. vmware credentials setup
2. Credentials Validated - Okay
3.Discovery schedule
4. Run on Demand
but nothing returns below discovery logs . What is missing here please suggest. It is not on linux/win OS system. Thanks

vCenter Discovery is via probe so it's harder to see via Discovery logs. I suggest going to the CI Class Manager and checking the following CI Classes: ESX Server, VMware vCenter (Instance, Cluster, Network, Datastore, Folder, Datacenter) as well as VMware Virtual Machine (Template and Instance). The CIs in these classes should match the vSphere portal hierarchy.

@Nisha30 - Check the below points,
Make sure the port 5480 (VAMI) & 9443 (VSphere Web Client) API are opened from your Mid Server.
User account has read only access privilege for the global objects in the vCenter.
Thanks & Regards,
Vasanth
