On the same Linux server, we collected data with both Discovery and ACC-V and found that the results were different

ACC-V does not collect the following information:

Attributes:

  • CPU manufacturer
  • Typical CPU
  • CPU speed
  • CPU count
  • CPU core count
  • Disk space

Tables (related list):

  • Network Adapters
  • Storage Devices
  • File Systems
  • Software Installed
  • IC IPs
  • DNS Names for CIs
  • Memory Modules

Relations:

  • Owns - Dns Names
  • Used by Apache Web Servers
  • Used by - Weblogics

Regarding the related list, the documentation clearly mentions that this data is supposed to be collected by ACC-V: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-operations-management/page/product/agent-client-coll...

For the installation and activation of ACC, we followed the ServiceNow documentation:

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-operations-management/page/product/agent-client-coll...

Do you know if we need to add any special rights or configurations?
