De-duplication Task not creating for Duplicate CI's

Duplicate Tasks are not creating for Duplicate CI's. Anything needs to verify my end..Please help

In order for de-duplication tasks to be created two things need to exist. As you pointed out the Identification rules. SN OoTB has sever rules that should work under most instances. You also need to ensure that the CMDB health dashboards jobs are set to Active. They will run each night via the schedule. You can also run them each manually.

it’s difficult to tell without seeing the CI’s and the attributes you have listed for the rules. Have any tasks populated? If you tried firing off the rules manual and still not getting the results, review the fields the rules run against. If the values are not exact they will not trigger.

Another thing is, are the time stamps correctly stating the time last run? Or created? Verify your scripts are running nightly
