Duplicate Tasks are not creating for Duplicate CI's. Anything needs to verify my end..Please help

What are the classes? I see that the IP address are matched, but if the one is a "server" class, the other might be a DNS class. Which is normal. They dont de-dup these normally. You have to know the class as the rules are written against the tables which the class resides. A more common de-dup would be, you created a CI under "Server" class, then discovery created one under the "Windows Server" class. Then you would merge the two together.

Sorry for the delay, I have mainly concentrated in Windows and Linux class. and The above server both CI's are in windows class. Even still De-duplicate tasks not created by ServiceNow automatically.
