Default Stage Displaying as "Closure" in Service Catalog Requests

Hi, When creating a Service Catalog request, the default stage is showing as Closure, when the state is "Approval Awaiting." Could someone please advise on how to resolve this issue?

Where are you setting the stage from? Flow designer?
