Hi All,
I had written UI action for a particular role and given the role inside the condition and having that role only should be able to delete the CI Record from Form. But i was unbale to delete the CI with that Role. Could any one please suggest if there is any other way to overcome this issue.
Thanks in advance
Damacharla Sravani.

Hi
thanks for the screenshots. The lower part of the source code is missing 😞
But now please provide more details. Which role is not able to delete? How does the fact that you can't delete manifest itself? Is the Delete button missing? Do you get any error messages? Or do you push the button but nothing happens?
Please put yourself in the shoes of the community users. We do not know your system and can only guess without any details!
Kind regards
Maik

Hi,
I'm afraid I cannot guide you, because I have no access to your system.
But with help of a debbug ing session you should be able to find the problems out by yourself.
Please read the following documentation: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-application-development/page/script/debugging/concept/scrip...
Kind regards
Maik
