Hi All,
I have created custom class ESX Cluster(u_cmdb_ci_esx_cluster) which extends OOB Cluster(cmdb_ci_cluster).
I have cretaed Relationship ESX Cluster(u_cmdb_ci_esx_cluster) is parent and ESX Server (cmdb_ci_esx_server) is child this OOB class.
When i click on the Show Dependency views icon on ESX Cluster it is not showing the map. Please see the below screen shot.
Please anyone help me what would be the issue.
Regards,
Jai.

Check for a few things.
1. As Ashutosh Munot said open up the CI and check If relationship is shown their. If it is then just right click on the server in the dependency view and select load more.
2. In CI table check for duplicates. You might have connected it to a duplicate record and then checking the other record.
If neither are true then let us know.

I am at Jakarta and have a similar issue. When I open the form for a Unix Server CI, in the related Items tab, there are 6 Application CI's with "Runs On::Runs" relationship to the Unix Server CI, but in the Dependency Map, all I see is the Unix Server CI. I tried option 1 above that says to "..Right click and select "load more"..." , but I did not see any "load more" selection. What is the exact text in that popup that is shown with right click? I see the following choices: "View Form", View Related Tasks", "View Affected CIs", "View Related Outages", "Add Relationship", "Run Layout From Here". None of the choices are "load more". I checked the dependency map setting and Max Levels is set to 3. The 6 Application relationships shown in the Related Items are all L1. I checked the cmdb_rel_ci table and all 6 are listed, with the application CI as the Parent, the Unix Server CI as the child, and the type is "Runs on::Runs".

Hello All,
Did you find the solution for this? I see IP switches dependency map view. Among 2 slaves i see only one showing up in the dependency view.
