Dear all,
We are exploring to discover Kubernetes that is hosted in a platform that is not Openshift, AWS, Azure and GCP.
I was wondering if ServiceNow Discovery support that.
While checking the doc, it seems only support Kubernetes hosted in Openshift, AWS, Azure and GCP.
Thanks in advance, Vincent Wong

with the ACC-V (kubernetes informer) this should work too. see https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/15db4a32b7168050883bca11ee11a9...

Hi Ram,
I have open the link and did not find much info related to Kubernetes.
Can you please share where should I look? Or certain document with more detail?
Thanks, Vincent Wong

Yes it is a bit confusing as there more information about ACC (agent) support for OS discovery. Trust me though this is the package you need for running informer service from your k8s cluster.

If you have creds to authenticate to the K8s cluster API or develop a method to fetch a bearer token then you might have success with the OOB Kubernetes pattern, create a serverless schedule and populate the necessary fields.
I agree with @Ram Devanathan1 that deploying CNO for Visibility (K8s Informer) to your K8s infrastructure is the future, more details here: Cloud Native Operations (CNO) for Visibility (servicenow.com)
