Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) - Configuration errors

Hi   All,

I'm running into an in issue where for some reason

1) I raised incident but still I don't see   in Needs Attention in Enterprise Portfolio. Pls see first screenshot 

2) Not sure how to fix the errors in the second screenshot in Enterprise portfolio. 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
