Hey,
I notice that the Cisco IP discovery is an older topic. Does anyone know if there is a new Pattern/Probe to scan Cisco IP phones by asset in the newer version of ServiceNow (Madrid/New York). I notice in some of the communities that there is a pattern that scans Cisco Call Manager and there needs to be a customization to pull the each phone into the CMDB. Is this still the case?

Thanks! Do you know if we need to make any customizations to the pattern/script to pull DX80 and SX10 devices when we run it in the discovery tool? I do not modify the patterns and I want to talk to the developer on our platform to see what it might take to find those devices.

I can confirm DX80 and SX80 models have been pulled from a Cisco UCM environment. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to collect what you need if you were to test this against your own infrastructure using the update set from Share.

Hello,
Would it be possible to share what you did you create the pattern? There's not much to find online on how to query via SNMP or HTTP in order to create Cisco IP CIs. I tried the dev update set provided in another comment up above but was not successful on my end.
