Common Automation use cases for integration hub

Hi all,

 

Our organization is studying to enable automation between ServiceNow and other system.

I am trying to evaluate whether integration hub is something is we should go for?

 

Could you share some common use cases for automation with integration hub?

For example, access creation, Software installation and etc.

 

Secondly, could you share the experience using integration hub?

Whether the investment is worth?

Thanks for reply.

I am mainly interested in real life use case in order to draft the benefit for investing into integration hub.

At this stage, I am not sure it is worth the investment.
