Hi @Ashish Kathait ,
The issue is occurring because no valid credentials are available that match the target device. As a result, ServiceNow is automatically falling back to Nmap-based discovery, which is a credential-less approach.
However, for this to work, Nmap must be installed on the MID Server.
If credential-less discovery is not intended, the recommended fix is to provide appropriate credentials that can successfully authenticate with the target device and ensure they are properly configured in the credentials table.
