While discovering the AIX server in ServiceNow the server automatically going to IP Router Class.
How to troubleshoot this issue.

1. Create behaviours for triggering SSH devices only. Rerun discovery. Then Discovery will not be triggered network devices.
2. Change port probe priority for snmp and ssh.
