Hello friends,
I have a doubt.
If a client is using ServiceNow discovery. But many employees are working from home. They will not connect through VPN.
1. How to discover these laptops ?
2. Can we add someone's home IP address and discover the laptop remotely ?
Please help
Thank you,
Asmi

Hi @Asmita7 ,
No, that is not possible. You can have either an integration to InTune or SCCM. But if you only would like ip discovery, then laptops will only be discovered when connected to network.

You can deploy the Agent client collector to these work from home devices that report to mids that are internet accessible such as being hosted in AWS, azure or the like. Worked like a charm for me...
