Hi,

Discovery source is not updating when we ran quick discovery (or) with discovery schedule. some servers discovery source is empty and test credentials are successful then I initiate quick discovery it triggers pattern and picks up all server data but the discovery source is empty. have you ever come across this situation?

Hi,

We figured out the issue. My predecessor had updated the reconciliation rules, and I have since reverted them. Now, the Discovery source field is updating with 'ServiceNow.'
