Error during Citrix Netscaler SDX Discovery

Hi All ,

I am trying to discover linux Server . All the ports and credential are working fine . The discovery schedule is showing error at the Citrix Netscaler SDX pattern with error message as { "status" : "GRACEFUL_TERMINATION", "message" : "There is no data for SDX managed devices. Terminating the pattern. Failed Condition(s): [(${managed_device_data[1].data} : value=) IS NOT EMPTY ]"

Troubleshooted the below areas :

1.Check the pattern  Citrix Netscaler SDX and tried to run the command but it did not return any output .

2. When checked the second step I am not getting output.

3. I tried to test the probes but no luck

4. Pattern Error :

Please find the screenshot of the discovery log . Please help in this regards.

Is the device getting discovered or getting stuck at the pattern itself?

We had recently done the discovery of Netscaler SDX using SNMP and SSH both and didnt find any issue

I am still facing the issue.  the credential is working fine. Even tried to update the pattern as per the instruction but no luck. If you get any luck do let me know.
