Hi,

Does anyone successfully configured service mapping in a Citrix NetScaler environment? if so please share the procedural document on sidenotes due to organizational security policy ssh port is not permitted in our environment..

I believe most of the Citrix NetScalers can be discovered by SNMP credentials. All you need is SNMP credentials, MIBs, and correct Discovery configuration.

The SNMP community string requires read-only access to the Citrix NetScaler MIB.
