Error; job finished with status ERROR: SSH channel failed.

Hi All

I am trying to discover one unix device where it throws the following errors. Can you please advise the troubleshooting steps for these.

I'm pretty sure this is an SSH connection error.  Can you login to the Unix/Linux server from the MID Server with Putty with the userid/password.

 

If you can login with that userid, are you able to SUDO run the commands listed on this page:  https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-servicenow-platform/page/product/credentials/reference/r_S...

 

For example, can you run "sudo dmidecode" and get a response or an error.
