Is it technically possible to set the Acknowledged field of an Alert to true, using Event Field Mapping?

Hi @MortenPettersen ,

 

Do you mean by Acknowledged field on Alert to true, Please share more info.

Also OOB Acknowledged button available for Alerts once alerts are created using event Rule.

 

Also on Event rule , on Event table their are status which shows alerts are processed, pending etc.
