We have been doing the POC of Event Management in our lower instance. I would like to understand few things on the Connector Instance Values.
1) When I turn on the connector "initial_sync_in_days" was set to 7 days by default and we were seeing there was lot of time delay happening on the event flow to SNOW.. Initially it started with latest event but over the period of time there is more than 24 hours delay. Then we have set to 0 days and tested but no events were flowing in.
Question: I would like to know what is the best practice for setting the Initial Sync in Days. Does it need to have any number greater than 0? Is there any documentation from SNOW on this? Not sure why we are not seeing events when we set it to 0.
NOTE: We have connected to Solarwinds Prod server to our SNOW lower instance to see how the events will flow in.
