Event Management - Incidents are not getting created after upgrade to Tokyo?

Hi,

 

We recently upgraded to Tokyo version and we have two Event Sources [PRTG & SolarWinds], after upgrade Incidents are not getting created.

We been receiving Events and Critical Alerts but Alert Executions are not triggering. Manually we ran Schedule Job "Event Management - Evaluate Scoped Alert" but still no lock.

 

Please advice.

Hello,

Kindly create HI ticket with Servicenow team, Since this is broken after upgrade you should create HI ticket.
