ServiceNow Experts,
We are performing a POC prior to a production deployment involving Discovery,Service Mapping & Event management. I have tried enabling the event management plugin in my dev servicenow instance, but cannot see the event management module. Plugin name :- Event Management Overview (Searched with event and activated everything relevant)
I have enabled discovery and service mapping plugins and can see as well as use them.
Could someone clarify ,if the plugins are limited in dev/trial instances ? I would need Event management as well. How could i get this enabled in the test instance .
Note :- I am fairly new to servicenow & might have missed something here
My instance URL - ServiceNow
regards,
Bala

Hello Bala,
Plugins that are typically enabled by support on customer and partner instances are partially available from the My Instance page (Action button Activate plugin). Only those plugins that have been requested and authorized by the development team are currently available. If you don't see a plugin that you want to activate, please use the "Feedback" link in the upper right corner. To activate admin-enabled plugins, search for "Plugins" in the left navigation menu in your personal developer instance.
