Event management plugin is not accessible to an non servicenow admin

I have created an ITIL user with all the roles required by Event Management Plugin but the ITIL user is not able to access the event management plugin but the service-now admin can access the Event Management Plugin.

What role I need to add to to make this plugin accessible? Below roles are already added to the User:
- Mark as New
- Bookmark
- Subscribe
- Mute
- Subscribe to RSS Feed
- Permalink
- Report Inappropriate Content

You can try with evt_mgmt_admin role, I hope it will work.

Event Management Plugin Activation/Access needs Admin Rights.
Once Its enabled/Installed you can use event management Roles and Permissions to do various tasks.
