Event Management - Threshold not working

I have created an event rule to monitor incoming events from the connector. The requirement is to generate an alert if CPU utilization is greater than or equal to 85%.

Here is the event rule I configured, along with the threshold:

Threshold: CPU utilization >= 85%

However, despite receiving two events within 20 seconds where the CPU utilization exceeded 85%, the event rule was applied, but no alert was generated.

Could you assist me in troubleshooting and resolving this issue?
