failed to install pattern designer on a zurich instance PDI

 

and

failed to install servcenow integration installer on a zurich instance PDI

@chantalb  As mentioned in the other post, just search for "sn_itom_pde' in All -> Plugins and install.

 

Which plugin you mean "Integration Installer"?

failed - how? Installation was in progress and end up with errors or never started, what happened..?

 

To install Pattern designer in your PDI, go to:

https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/manage-instance

And bellow find the desired plugin, hover over and there's activate button:

Is this what you did? Or what did you do and what was some error or blocker?
