Hi,
About the service maps and the impact propagation in this map, I've a requirement where the customer want to represent not only the severity (major, critical,... ) of an alert but the risk level in which the service is running.
For example, if a service is depending on a cluster of 2 servers and the node influence is 50%, the service will be green when 1 server is done.
The requirement is to have the service displayed in orange if not all the servers are running, and red if they are all down.
Is this something achievable with event management and service mapping?
Attached, a concrete example I'm using for testing :
In this service map, each Tomcat as an influence on the application service of 33%
The LB Service Application is a cluster where is the influence is of 2 unit on the parent.
As only 1 server is down (Linux1), the service is still shown in green, I would like to have it in orange.
