Failed to start pipeline, The Metric Intelligence Extension cannot be started because port 47100

Hi Team,

 

I am getting below error whenever I am trying to set up acc monitoring using 'Setup ACC Monitoring' related link.

'Failed to start pipeline, The Metric Intelligence Extension cannot be started because port 47100 is already in use by another process'.

Could someone please assist?

I am also receiving this error when attempting to enable ACC-V and ACC-M on the same mid server.

Hello navin9898 

 

The error indicates that the port is already being used. You must start your Metric Intelligence extension using a different port number if the port is already in use. It will establish a connection between the ServiceNow instance and the Mid server.

 

Try connecting using the default port number. That way, it will work.
