File based Discovery in Servicenow

Hello All,

Can anyone has done file-based discovery in ServiceNow for Windows? I need to run file-based discovery for windows. I went through the below document but not able to understand how it is going to work. if anyone has done it before, let me know. 

If i create the custom file name for windows platform, what is the path need to be put in configuration console while enabling the file based discovery.
