Filter for Configuration Item

Hi All,

 

There is a requirement to show the alerts by specific family/service/service offering on a dashboard.

we do not have any field which can identify the family/service/service offering on the alert.

 

Is it good approach to give the filter for 'Configuration Item'? as it is the huge number.

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte ,

 

Yes you can apply filter based on the Service/ Family/Service Offering but that field you must be using ion Alerts table with reference of CI, Make sure you are using these attribute on Alert table.

 

Also can you please on which dashboard specifically you are looking for to apply a filter.

 

Approach using the filter based on CI is not good but if you are looking for specific time frame that will worked.
