Fixed filter on workspaces

Dear community, 

 

I'm looking for a way to block users to remove the filter in a list on Workspaces. The documented "Restrict filters and breadcrumbs with fixed queries" (https://www.servicenow.com/docs/csh?topicname=t_RestrictBreadcrmbsWFixedQueries.html&version=latest)  does not apply to workspaces as far as I know..

 

To make it more clear see print screen below. Ideally I would like to users not be able to click in the X and modify the query, but any suggestion in this direction is welcome.

OBS: I know one of the obvious directions is to go via ACL, but this is something that I want to use only as a last resource because will require re-test all modules and different type of records.

Hi @joaojunior ,

Navigate to the sys_ux_list_menu_config table and select your Workspace. In the Related List, you will find UX List Categories. Open the category and configure it using the options available under List Feature Flags.
