We have a number of teams with missing CI data across multiple attributes. Is there a way to set up a league table (or some other gamification approach) to help drive improvements by tapping into the competitive nature of our team heads.
Using CMDB Health results, gets me halfway there:
Bar chart can display Metric = required/Recommended, however Team A has 1,000 CIs of which only 10 are complete, and Team B has 20,000, of which 15,000 are complete, so Team B still shows a higher number on the chart, despite Team A having a lower completeness percentage.
Any ideas how i would get the percentage calculated? If the answer is Platform Analytics, any links to how I might achieve this is appreciated.
