GCP Discovery with GKE|| Whether I can use Azure VM to install gcloud and discover kubernetes

Hi Team,

 

I would like to know if anyone of you have done GCP GKE discovery using gcloud(Google Cloud SDK) installed on Azure VM MID server.

ServiceNow's documented/supported configuration is to use GCE-resident MID Server. The off-GCP approach is technically sound (the token comes from the gcloud CLI, not from GCP residency) but should be proven.

 

Kindly check and confirm if anyone has followed this approach using Azure VM and able to discover the GKE kuberenetes successfully
