raI am having an issue. The support guys asked me to follow up on issue number two. I am not understanding what they mean there. Where can I download the code? I do not see any download links. Do they mean copy, create a file, and store it somewhere on the machine. Then they asked to create a file with the following in the document:.

input.txt

"C:\ServiceNow\ServiceNow MID Server test 1\agent\","snc_mid_test_1","miduser","***"
"C:\ServiceNow\ServiceNow MID Server test 2\agent\","snc_mid_test_2","ServiceNowDomain.local\gMSAtest$",""

snc_mid_test_1 what is this? mid server name?

in starts do I have to put my password?

If I want to reinstall it then in downloads I still see the same version.

Hi @pratiksha5,

Can you please share the Complete KB article details with me.

Also as per current screenshot, You need to copy the Input.txt on your Mid Server application installation path in windows Server.

I completely reinstalled it using hotfix5 patch but at the end of the installation I told it not to start the service. I then went and updated and ran the case scripts they posted in the the knowledge bas article (These did not work on the previously running instance). My assumption was that if I never allowed the service to start and applied the script fixes before starting the service and adding the certificates it would correct the missing permissions stopping the upgrade.  It worked
