Horizontal Discovery Log - Page not found

This scenario is only in our Dev environment. We just migrated to Tokyo.

Incase anyone experienced the same, please share how did you resolved this issue.

 

1. Open discovery Logs >> Failed Exploring CI Pattern, Pattern name: Apache on UNIX based OS, Process ID: , To Check Pattern Log Press Here

2. After pressing the Here link, it will display a Page not found. It normally open the

Horizontal Discovery Log window.

Did you ever find out what caused this?

We just started experiencing this in our production instance today, everything worked find yesterdy. All of our non-prod instances work fine. No changes that I am aware of.

There is already defect logged for this DEF0387297 and there is workaround that requires maint user, so ServiceNow developer can help with fixing it. But we are still looking for the rootcause or a workaround that does not require maint user.

Thank you for the info, we will open a case with SN with that defect.

Ours just resolved itself, just wait for few more days..
